TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Cause Remedy No sound is heard from the surround back speakers. "SUR. L/R SP" in "SET MENU" is set to "NONE" and "SB L/R SP" is automatically set to "NONE". Set "SUR. L/R SP" and "SB L/R SP" to a setting other than "NONE". "SB L/R SP" in "SET MENU" is set to "NONE". Set "SB L/R SP" to a setting other than "NONE". Dolby Digital or DTS sources cannot be played. (Dolby Digital or DTS indicator in the front panel display does not light up.) The connected component is not set to output Dolby Digital or DTS digital signals. Audio input jack select is set to "ANALOG". Make an appropriate setting following the operating instructions for your component. Set Audio input jack select to "AUTO".
