LFE/Bass out LFE/BASS OUT Use this feature to select the speakers that output the LFE (low-frequency effect) and the low-frequency signals. Choices: SWFR, FRONT, BOTH LFE/BASS OUT A-E/CAT. The LFE signals, the low-frequency signals of the front left and right channels, and the lowfrequency signals of other speakers set to "SML" (or "SMALL") are all directed to the front left and right speakers regardless of the "FRONT SP" setting (see page 87). • Select "BOTH" (both) if you connected a subwoofer. The low-frequency signals of any source are output from the subwoofer. The LFE signals as well as the low-frequency signals of other speakers set to "SML" (or "SMALL") are directed to the subwoofer.
