Installing the Hub 2-3 While holding the hub in place, insert the four mounting screws supplied with the hub into the mounting holes in each bracket (two screws per bracket). 5. Fasten the brackets to the rails by screwing in the screws. 6. Tighten each screw. Figure 2-1.
