Troubleshooting Problem Camera will not operate Camera will not record Cause Solution Power is not turned on zTurn on the camera. JTurning the Power On/ Off (p. 29) CF card/battery cover opened zConfirm that the CF card/ battery cover is securely closed. Insufficient battery voltage ([ ] lights in display panel) zFully charge the battery before installing it in the camera. zUse a compact power adapter. Poor contact between camera and battery terminals zWipe the terminals with a clean, dry cloth.
