Removing Options If the printer location needs to change or the printer and print media handling options need to be shipped to a new location, all print media handling options must be removed from the printer. For shipping, pack the printer and print media handling options securely to avoid damage. Removing the Optional Duplex Module Removing Optional Tray Modules Removing the Optional Memory Card Removing the Optional Duplex Module 1. Remove the connector cover supplied with the duplex module. 2. Disconnect the connector at the bottom left of the module. Then, attach the original connector cover into the connector. 3. Turn off the printer and unplug the printer power cable. 4. Remove the screws on the left and right at the bottom of the duplex module while firmly holding the optional duplex module in a closed state.
