When moving the printer through a narrow doorway, tilt it to an angle of up to 75° with the platen side up as shown. This provides clearance for a doorway as narrow as 29.6 inches (75.2 cm). 1 Platen 2 75° angle Place the lower chassis frame edge on a padded furniture dolly, move it through the doorway, and return it to the normal carrying position. Caution: Do not set the printer flat on its end cover. Allow the edge of the lower chassis frame to take the full weight of the printer. 1. Turn off the printer. 2. Remove all cables. 3.
