Printing on Special Paper Envelopes You can load up to 10 envelopes as shown below: Note: Load the envelopes flap edge first and printable side up. Also select the correct envelope size for the Paper Size setting in the printer software. If ink smears when you print on envelopes or other thick media, set the paper thickness lever to the + position. Open the printer cover and position the lever as shown below. You can load up to 10 envelopes as shown below:
If ink smears when you print on envelopes or other thick media,
set the paper thickness lever to the + position. Open the printer
cover and position the lever as shown below. (Make sure you
return the lever to the 0 position before you print on other
media.)
