Utilities Menu The Utilities menu contains the following options: Select GPS (Ctrl + Shift + D)-select this option to select the type of GPS connected to your computer- Serial or USB. Rename USB GPS-select this option to rename your USB GPS. This option is not available for serial GPS units. Get GPS Information-this option provides you with the Unit ID, Unit Type, and Software Version information for your GPS. Simulate a GPS-this option allows nRoute to simulate GPS signals. If you are indoors or do not have a GPS connected, you can use this feature to simulate driving a route. See Simulating a Route for more information. Unlock Regions (Ctrl + U)-select this option to unlock additional MapSource products. See Unlocking Maps for more information. Set PC Clock-select this option to set the clock on your computer to GPS time. Mark Current Position (Ctrl + W)-select this option to mark your current location as a waypoint.
