Adding an Item to Your Favorite Finds To add an item to your Favorite Finds: 1. Select New Favorite Find from the Find menu. The Favorite Find Properties window appears. 2. Enter an appropriate descriptive term or phrase for your Favorite Find, i.e. "Nearest Gas Station," "Nearest Italian Restaurant," "Nearest Applebee's," etc. NOTE: nRoute does not use the name entered in this field when finding the item. If you want nRoute to find an item by name, enter the name of the item in the Containing field. 3. Select the appropriate Place Category and, if desired, Place Subcategory. 4. Enter the Maximum Search Distance in miles. This is the radius of your search area from your current location. 5. If you want nRoute to find the item by name, enter the name of the item in the Containing field, i.e. "Texaco," "Olive Garden," "Applebee's," etc. 6. Click OK. The item is saved and appears in the Favorite Finds Tab. You can also add a Point of Interest to your Favorite Finds directly from the Find Nearest Places window. Adding an Item to Your Favorite Finds
To add an item to your Favorite Finds:
1. Select
New Favorite Find
from the
Find
menu.
The Favorite Find Properties window appears.
2.
Enter an appropriate descriptive term or phrase for your Favorite Find, i.e. "Nearest Gas Station," "Nearest
Italian Restaurant," "Nearest Applebee's," etc.
NOTE:
nRoute does not use the name entered in this field
when finding the item.
If you want nRoute to find an item by name, enter the name of the item in the
Containing field.
3.
Select the appropriate Place Category and, if desired, Place Subcategory.
4.
Enter the Maximum Search Distance in miles.
