Setting Find Preferences You can change the number of items displayed in the Find list and in the Recently Found Places list by setting your Find preferences. To set find preferences: 1. Select Preferences from the Edit menu. The Preferences window appears. 2. Click the Find tab. The Find Preferences tab appears. 3. Make any desired changes to the following fields: Show this many found places-enter the number of items you want displayed in the Find list when you are searching for an item. Remember this many found places-enter the number of items you want displayed in the Recently Found Places list. Show this many Find Places Auto Complete results-enter the number of items you want to appear in the Auto Complete list when you are entering information in the Find Places window. 4. Setting Find Preferences
You can change the number of items displayed in the Find list and in the Recently Found Places list by setting
your Find preferences.
To set find preferences:
1. Select
Preferences
from the
Edit
menu.
The Preferences window appears.
2. Click the
Find
tab.
The Find Preferences tab appears.
3.
Make any desired changes to the following fields:
Show this many found places
—enter the number of items you want displayed in the Find list when you
are searching for an item.
Remember this many found places
—enter the number of items you want displayed in the Recently
Found Places list.
Show this many Find Places Auto Complete results
—enter the number of items you want to appear in
the Auto Complete list when you are entering information in the Find Places window.
4. Click
OK
to save your changes.
