The message shows the most likely type and size available and the tray in which they are available. Press (SELECT button) to accept the values in the message, or use (UP button) and (DOWN button) to scroll through the available choices. 10.XX.YY SUPPLIES MEMORY ERROR For help press An error has occurred in one or more of the printer's supplies. Values of XX and YY are listed below: XX 00 = memory is defective 01 = memory is missing YY 00 = black print cartridge 1 Turn the printer power off, and then turn the printer power on to clear the message. 2 If the message persists, contact an HP-authorized service or support provider (see "Contacting HP" on page 123). 13.XX.YZ JAM IN [LOCATION] A jam has occurred in the specified location.
