If you do exit, you will be unable to receive events from FCArray Assistant Server and you will not be informed of errors or status unless you restart FCArray Assistant Client and reconnect to the server(s). Exiting FCArray Assistant Server Windows NT 4.0 allows you to "unload" the FCArray Assistant Server component while the file server remains running. CAUTION To prevent data loss, do not bring down a file server if I/Os are in progress along the network. Exit the FCArray Assistant Server component only if necessary.
