Add Logical Drive Use this procedure to create new logical drives when adding new physical drives to an existing array. The strip size and cache line sizes for the new logical drives will be identical to your existing logical drive for this array. To configure the Logical Drives from Expand Array, refer to the following procedure. 1. Select a RAID level from the drop-down list for the first logical drive. See Figure 4-57. Supported RAID levels are RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 3, RAID 5, RAID 0+1, and stand-alone drive (JBOD). Only RAID levels compatible with the current configuration will be available in the list. Add Logical Drive
Use this procedure to create new logical drives when adding new physical drives
to an existing array. The strip size and cache line sizes for the new logical drives
will be identical to your existing logical drive for this array.
To configure the Logical Drives from Expand Array, refer to the following
procedure.
1.
Select a RAID level from the drop-down list for the first logical drive. See
