1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe right and then touch the Fax icon. 2. Swipe right and then touch the Phone Book icon. 3. Touch Local Phone Book, and then scroll to and touch the name of the contact or group that you want to delete. 4. On the Edit Contact or Edit Group screen, touch Delete, and then touch Yes to confirm that you want to delete the contact. Reprint a received fax from the printer memory Received faxes that are not printed are stored in the printer's memory. Reprint a received fax that is stored in the memory. After the memory becomes full, the printer cannot receive a new fax until you print or delete the faxes from memory.
