2. Check the gap under the printer where the input tray was. Reach into the gap and remove the jammed paper. 3. Insert the input tray back into the printer. To clear a paper jam from Tray 2 NOTE: Tray 2 is available with some models of the printer. ▲ Pull Tray 2 out of the printer completely, and then remove any jammed paper if possible. If the jam cannot be cleared in this way, do the following: a. Lift the printer off Tray 2. b. Remove any jammed paper from the bottom of the printer or from the input tray. c. To clear a paper jam from Tray 2
NOTE:
Tray 2 is available with some models of the printer.

Pull Tray 2 out of the printer completely, and then remove any jammed paper if possible. If the jam
cannot be cleared in this way, do the following:
a.
Lift the printer
off
Tray 2.
b.
Remove any jammed paper from the bottom of the printer or from the input tray.
c.
Reposition the printer on the top of the input tray.
To clear a paper jam from the print carriage area
1.
Open the cartridge access door.
