Setup Menus New Connection... Factory default: Serial, Com 1 This will display a dialog that enables you to configure TeemTalk to make a host connection. The Type list box enables you to specify the type of host connection to be made. You can select from the following: TCP/IP Enables a TCP/IP host connection. Refer to the section "TCP/IP Connection Settings" on page 57 for details. Modem Enables a host connection via a modem. Refer to the section "Modem Connection Settings" on page 70 for details. Serial Enables a host connection via a serial port. Refer to the section "Serial Connection Settings" on page 72 for details. SSL Enables a host connection using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol. Refer to the section "SSL Connection Settings" on page 75 for details. SSH Enables a host connection using the Secure Shell protocol. Refer to the section "SSH Connection Settings" on page 80 for details. None No host connection settings. The Connect To box specifies the port or host to communicate with. You can either make a selection from the list or enter a valid host name or internet address. 120 The File Menu
