TeemTalk 6.0 for Windows User Manual CHAPTER 18 MDIS Prism Emulations This chapter describes features of the MDIS Prism terminal emulations. Creating an MDIS Prism Emulation Session Using the TeemTalk Connection Wizard This section describes the basic procedure for creating an MDI P12\P8 or MDI Prism-9 emulation session using the TeemTalk Connection Wizard. 1 Run the TeemTalk Connection Wizard from the Start menu by selecting Programs > Neoware TeemTalk > Configure Session. The Connection Information dialog will be displayed. 2 In the Connection Name box, enter a name that will identify this session configuration for future selection. 3 Select MDI P12\P8 or MDI Prism-9 in the Emulation list box. 4 Click Next to display the Host Information dialog. 5 Specify the settings required to connect to the host. Refer to the chapter "Host Connection Settings" on page 55 for details. 6 Click Next to display the Advanced Options dialog. 7 Click Next to display the Finalization dialog. If you would like the session to be displayed on the desktop as an icon, select Create Icon on Desktop for Session. 8 Click Finish. 339
