Error Symptoms Action/FRU Modem ring cannot wake up system from suspend mode. 1. Ensure the "Modem Wake-Up on Ring" in Configuration/Setup Utility is set to [Enabled]. "Power Management" on page 5. 2. If PCI modem card is used, reinsert the modem card to PCI slot firmly or replace modem card. 3. If ISA modem card is used, ensure the modem ring-in cable from the modem card to system board CN16 is connected properly. See "System Board Jumpers and Connectors" on page 113. 4. In Windows ensure that telephone application is configured correctly for your modem and set to receive messages and/ or fax. Video and Monitor Video memory test failed. Video adapter failed. 1. Remove all non factory-installed cards. 2. Load default settings (if screen is readable). 3.
