Verify setup
Power Saver is set at 20 minutes (the factory
default). You can set the Power Saver time
to a value between 0 and 240 minutes.
Power Saver
replaces the
Ready
status mes-
sage after the specified period of time. Both
messages indicate the printer is ready to
receive print jobs. Refer to the Lexmark
C720 online information for more informa-
tion about modifying the Power Saver set-
ting.

From the printer operator panel, press
Menu>
or
<Menu
to enter the operator panel
menus.

Continue to press and release
Menu>
or
<Menu
until
UTILITIES MENU
appears
on the
operator panel.

Select
.
UTILITIES MENU
appears
on the first line,
and
Print Menus
is on the second line

Note:
Before printing the menu set-
tings page, make sure the selected
paper source holds A4 or letter size
paper. If you use a paper type other than
plain paper, you need to set the printer to
the correct type. Refer to the Lexmark
C720 online information for more infor-
mation on paper sizes and sources.

Press

again to print the menu set-
tings page.
The message
Printing Menu Settings
appears.
The printer returns to
Ready
status after the
menu settings page prints.
