Exposure compensation This function allows you to make fine changes to the present exposure setting using the (exposure compensation) button and jog dial. In some situations, you may get better results when the exposure that the camera sets is compensated (adjusted) manually. You can adjust the exposure in the range of ±2.0 in 1/3 steps. When the setting is changed, you can check the result on the monitor. Mode dial 1 Turn the jog dial while holding down . • Adjust toward + : Turn to the right to adjust up to +2.0 in 1/3 steps. • Adjust toward - : Turn to the left to adjust up to -2.0 in 1/3 steps.
