Managing Stored Files 3. Select the file containing the file information you want to change. If you select a password-protected stored file, a screen for entering the password appears. Enter the password, and then press [OK]. 4. Press [Change File Name]. 5. Change the file name. 6. Press [OK]. 7. Make sure that the file information was changed as necessary, and press [Exit]. 3 • For information about how to enter characters, see "Entering Text", About This Machine. • Using Web Image Monitor or DeskTopBinder, you can also change the name of a file stored in the machine from the client computer. For details about Web Image Monitor, see Web Image Monitor Help. For details about DeskTopBinder, see the manuals supplied with DeskTopBinder. Changing a password Enter the password for accessing the stored file. • Be sure not to forget the password. If you forget it, consult the system administrator of the machine. 1. Press [Select Stored File]. The list of stored files appears. 2. Press [Manage / Delete File]. 3. Select the file containing the file information you want to change. If you select a password-protected stored file, a screen for entering the password appears. Enter the password, and then press [OK]. 4. Press [Change Password]. 5. Using the number keys, enter a new four to eight-digit password. 93
