4. Troubleshooting When Using the Printer Function Problem Cause Solution Misfeeds occur frequently. The number of sheets loaded exceeds the capacity of the machine. • When loading paper into the paper tray, load paper only as high as the upper limit markings on the side fences of the paper. • When loading paper on the bypass tray, load only as much paper as can be held between the guides on the bypass tray.
