It is time to replace the Fusing unit. It is time to replace the transfer belt. Recommended Action Turn off the main power, turn it back on, and then download the controller FW again. If the download fails again, contact your sales or service representative. Replace the toner to appropriate one. Remove the misfed paper. See p.121 "Removing Misfed Paper".
