9. Removing Misfed Paper Use the following procedure to remove paper that has become jammed inside the printer or in the paper feed area. 1. Pull tray 1 halfway out, and check for jammed paper. If there is jammed paper, remove it carefully. CMC091 2. Carefully slide tray 1 back in until it stops. 3. If paper is loaded in the bypass tray, remove the paper. 4. Close the bypass tray. 5. Use the following procedure to remove paper that has become jammed inside the printer or in the paper
feed area.
1.
Pull tray 1 halfway out, and check for jammed paper. If there is jammed paper, remove it
carefully.

If paper is loaded in the bypass tray, remove the paper.
4.
Close the bypass tray.
5.
Push the side button to open the front cover, and then carefully lower it.
