Cleaning and Adjusting the Printer ❖ Relationship between gradation correction sheet and display The printed gradation correction sheet and display correspond as shown in the following diagram. The gradation correction sheets are used to determine the correction values for the colors K (black), M (magenta), C (cyan), and Y (yellow). These values are set using the control panel. ❒ XXXX represents the printer model name. A K (black) correction values Adjust the printed color when only black toner is used. The currently set correction value is printed in red. B M (magenta) correction values Adjust the printed color when only magenta toner is used. The currently set correction value is printed in red. C C (cyan)/Y (yellow) correction values Correct the color printed when cyan and yellow are used. For C/Y (cyan/yellow), the correction value is determined based on a combination of these two colors, although settings are made for separately each color. D K, M, C/Y The numerical value set at time of gradation correction sheet printing is displayed. This corresponds to the numerical value set using the operation panel. Relationship between gradation correction sheet and display
The printed gradation correction sheet and display correspond as shown in
the following diagram. The gradation correction sheets are used to determine

K (black) correction values
