I received an e-mail message from Sony Style Imaging when I sent an e-mail transferred from my CLIÉ handheld to my computer via the HotSync® operation. The message said, "The attached file is in rich text format which is not supported. Please change e-mail application settings of your computer to send e-mail as unformatted text." B Your e-mail was sent in Rich Text format. Change the message text format from Rich Text to Plain Text, and open the e-mail message once before sending. 38
