Getting Started Adding memory 59 Do not force the memory module into position. The memory module should be level when secured in place. Sample inserting the memory module into the slot The clips on either side of the memory module will click to secure the memory module. Avoid touching the connectors on the memory module or on the computer. Grease or dust on the connectors may cause memory access problems. 12 Replace the memory module slot cover and screw. 13 Turn the computer over and restart it. TECHNICAL NOTE: You must have at least one memory module installed for the computer to work. You can now continue setting up the computer. When the operating system has loaded, you can verify that the computer has recognized the additional memory module.
