Chapter 9 VDSL Setup The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 40 VDSL Channel Alarm Profile Setup LABEL Name VTUC VTUR 15Min CodeViolation Threshold 15Min Corrected Blocks Threshold Add Cancel Clear Name CV Corrected Applied Ports Delete Cancel DESCRIPTION Enter a descriptive name for identification purposes. Configure the thresholds in this column for the Switch (VTUC). Configure the thresholds in this column for CPE devices (VTUR). Enter the number of Code Violation (incorrect cyclic redundancy check) that are permitted to occur within 15 minutes. Enter the number of error blocks that can be corrected within 15 minutes. Click Add to save the new rule to the switch. It then displays in the summary table at the bottom of the screen. Click Cancel to reset the fields to your previous configuration. Click Clear to clear the fields to the factory defaults. This field displays the descriptive name for the VDSL channel alarm profile. This field displays the number of Code Violation (incorrect cyclic redundancy check) that are permitted to occur within 15 minutes. This field displays the number of error blocks that can be corrected within 15 minutes. This field displays the VDSL port number(s) to which this profile is applied. Check the rule(s) that you want to remove in the Delete column and then click the Delete button. Click Cancel to clear the selected checkboxes in the Delete column. VES1724-56 User's Guide 127
