Chapter 32 PPPoE IA 32.2 The PPPoE IA Status Screen Use this screen to view the PPPoE Intermediate Agent staus on the Switch. Click Advanced Application > PPPoE IA Configuration in the navigation panel to display the screen as shown. Figure 172 Advanced Application > PPPoE IA Status The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 128 Advanced Application > PPPoE IA Status LABEL PPPoE IA Mode DESCRIPTION This field displays: • None: if the PPPoE intermediate agent is disabled on the Switch. • Global: if the Switch is configured to add the same subscriber line specific information to all PPPoE discovery packets it receives. • VLAN: followed by a VLAN ID or multiple VLAN IDs if the Switch is configured to add subscriber line specific information to PPPoE discovery packets in specific VLAN(s). 32.3 PPPoE IA Global Configuration Use this screen to configure the global PPPoE IA settings the Switch applies to all PPPoE clients. Click Advanced Application > PPPoE IA Configuration in the navigation panel, and then click the Global link to display the screen as shown.
