Operation Description Cancel printing If you press the Job Cancel button while printing, the printer will immediately stop printing and will then eject the paper. Wake-up If the printer is in Sleep mode, press the Go or Job Cancel button to wake the printer up and go to the Ready state. Form feed If the yellow Status LED is on, press the Go button. The printer will print any data that is left in the printer memory. Error recovery If there is an error, the printer will recover automatically from some errors. If an error is not automatically cleared, press the Go button to clear the error, and then continue to use the printer. Reprint If you want to reprint a document that has just been printed, you can do this by pressing and holding down the Go button until all four LEDs are lit and then release the Go button. 2-32

Control Panel Button Operations
The control panel button is used for the following purposes depending on the situation.
Operation
Description
Cancel printing
If you press the Job Cancel button while printing, the printer will
immediately stop printing and will then eject the paper.
Wake-up
If the printer is in Sleep mode, press the Go or Job Cancel button to wake
the printer up and go to the Ready state.
Form feed
If the yellow Status LED is on, press the Go button. The printer will print
any data that is left in the printer memory.
Error recovery
If there is an error, the printer will recover automatically from some errors.
If an error is not automatically cleared, press the Go button to clear the
error, and then continue to use the printer.
