Cover Sheet Tab Specifies the cover sheet to be attached to the document you fax. NOTE You can create your original cover sheets using the Canon Cover Sheet Editor. For details, see "Canon Cover Sheet Editor," on p. 4-41. 4 PC Faxing (MF5750/MF5770 Models Only) [Cover Sheet Attachment] Specifies if the cover sheet is attached or not. ([None], [Different Sheet to Each Recipient] or [Same Sheet to All Recipients]) [Style] Selects the style of the cover sheet from the list of the cover sheet templates supplied with the fax driver, or the cover sheets you registered in the [Register Cover Sheet] dialog box (for Windows 98/Me, see p. 4-24, for Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003, see p. 4-37). [Items to Include] Displays the items to be included in the cover sheet. [Settings...] Opens the [Item Settings] dialog box. (See p. 4-8.) [Remark] Prints the attention label to the cover sheet. Cover Sheet Tab
Specifies the cover sheet to be attached to the document you fax.

[Cover Sheet Attachment]
Specifies if the cover sheet is attached or not. ([None],
