The hard-drive cage provides space for up to four SAS or SATA hard drives. Two 5.25-inch external drive bays in the front of the system can accommodate optical or tape drives; a single 3.25 drive can accommodate an optional diskette drive. A controller expansion card is required to use SAS hard drives. The system board can accommodate a single processor, five expansion cards, and four memory modules.
The hard-drive cage provides space for up to four SAS or SATA hard drives. Two 5.25-inch external drive
bays in the front of the system can accommodate optical or tape drives; a single 3.25 drive can
accommodate an optional diskette drive. A controller expansion card is required to use SAS hard drives.
