Troubleshooting 139 Paper Tray [x] Detected Try one or more of the following: • Touch Yes to clear the message. • Touch Change Settings, and then select the paper size and paper type of the media loaded. Touch Accept for each selection. Paper Tray [x] Removed Insert the specified paper tray into the printer, or touch OK. Phone Connected to Incorrect Jack Connect the telephone cord to the correct jack at the back of the printer, and then touch OK. Phone Line Busy If the printer is sharing the line with other devices, then make sure these devices are not in use. Phone Line Error The printer cannot detect a dial tone. Check for a dial tone on your telephone line. Phone Line Not Connected Make sure the printer is connected to a standard analog telephone line, and then touch OK. Printer Memory Full Try one or more of the following: • Depending on your printer model, touch OK or press to clear the message, and then try printing again. • From the computer, adjust the printer settings to reduce the quality of the print job, and then try printing again. Printhead Cannot Move Try one or more of the following: • Touch OK. • Remove any obstructions to the printhead inside the printer. • Close the printer. Printhead Error There is a problem with the printhead. Contact technical support.
