XM tuner (GEX-P920XM) Section 13 XM tuner (GEX-P920XM) Switching the XM channel select mode You have two methods for selecting a channel: ChNumber mode and Category mode. When selecting ChNumber mode, channels in any category can be selected. Select Category mode to narrow your search down to only channels in a particular category. % Touch MODE to select the desired channel select mode. Touch MODE repeatedly to switch between the two modes. ChNumber (all channel select mode)- Category (channel category select setting) 2 Touch LIST to display the preset list. 3 Touch and hold a preset tuning key P1-P6 until the beep sounds. The selected station has been stored in memory. The next time you touch the same preset tuning key P1-P6 the station is recalled from memory. Notes ! Up to 18 stations, six for each of three XM bands can be stored in memory. ! You can also use a and b to recall stations assigned to preset tuning keys P1-P6 when the ChNumber mode is selected. Touch LIST repeatedly to switch between the followings: Detail information display-Preset list display -OFF Storing and recalling broadcast stations If you touch any of the preset tuning keys P1-P6 you can easily store up to six broadcast stations for later recall with the touch of a key. 1 Select the channel that you want to store in memory.
