Chapter 8 Network Address Translation (NAT) Table 36 Network > NAT > Port Forwarding LABEL DESCRIPTION Server IP Address Enter the IP address of the server for the specified service. External Port Start Enter the original destination port for the packets. To forward only one port, enter the port number again in the External Port End field. External Port End To forward a series of ports, enter the start port number here and the end port number in the External Port End field. Enter the last port of the original destination port range. To forward only one port, enter the port number in the External Port Start field above and then enter it again in this field. Internal Port Start To forward a series of ports, enter the last port number in a series that begins with the port number in the External Port Start field above. Enter the port number to which you want the ZyXEL Device to translate the incoming port. To forward only one port, enter the port number again in the Internal Port End field. For a range of ports, enter the first number of the range to which you want the incoming ports translated. Internal Port End Enter the last port of the translated port range. Protocol Select the IP protocol. Add Click this button to add a rule to the table below. The table below shows a summary of the values entered in the previous fields. # This is the rule index number (read-only). Active This field indicates whether the rule is active or not. Service Name WAN Interface External Start Port External End Port Internal Start Port Internal End Port Server IP Address Protocol Clear the check box to disable the rule. Select the check box to enable it. This is a service's name. This shows the WAN interface through which the service is forwarded. This is the first external port number that identifies a service. This is the last external port number that identifies a service. This is the first internal port number that identifies a service. This is the last internal port number that identifies a service. Server IP

Address

Enter the IP address of the server for the specified service.

External Port

Start

Enter the original destination port for the packets.

To forward only one port, enter the port number again in the
