CHAPTER 18 Diagnostics 18.1 Overview Use the diagnostics screens for troubleshooting. 18.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter • The Diagnostics screen (Section 18.2 on page 253) generates a file containing the NWA3000-N series AP's configuration and diagnostic information if you need to provide it to customer support during troubleshooting. • The Packet Capture screen (Section 18.3 on page 254) captures data packets going through the NWA3000-N series AP. • The Wireless Frame Capture screens (Section 18.4 on page 258) capture network traffic going through the AP interfaces connected to your NWA3000-N series AP. 18.2 Diagnostics This screen provides an easy way for you to generate a file containing the NWA3000-N series AP's configuration and diagnostic information.
