Storage Manager Connecting Across a Network Storage Manager can run as a client/server application across a network using a TCP/IP connection. The Storage Manager client runs on a supported workstation operating system and connects to one of the supported networked servers running the Adaptec communication engine. Figure 3-27 shows the supported workstation and server connections for a TCP/IP network. Storage Manager can run as a client/server application across a
