The DMTF has defined a mapping standard that allows SNMP and DMI components to work together. The Adaptec DMI component instrumentation conforms to the version 2.0 of the DMI specification. The DMI Management Application and Service Provider (DMI version 2.0) must be present on the system so that the Adaptec DMI support can function. B-1
