Section 3 - Configuration Firmware Upgrade Firmware Upgrade allows you to upgrade the firmware of the DIR-506L. Make sure the firmware you want to use is on the local hard drive of the computer. Click on Choose File to locate the firmware file to be used for the upgrade. Please check the D-Link support website for firmware updates at http://support.dlink.com. Upload: After you have downloaded the new firmware, click Choose File to locate the firmware update on your hard drive. Click Upgrade to complete the firmware upgrade. Do not disconnect from the DIR-506L or power your computer or DIR-506L off during the upgrade process.
