note If you have a PC with a serial mouse port, you'll need a serial mouse cable. See your projector dealer to obtain the correct cable. Connecting the Mouse Cable To use the remote control as a mouse, follow the steps below. You'll use a different mouse cable, depending on whether your computer has a round PS/2 mouse port or a flat USB port. The USB cable also provides audio support. If your computer supports USB and your presentation includes sound, you can play it through the projector's speakers by connecting the USB cable. 1. Connect the square end of the USB cable to the projector's USB port as shown. USB port USB cable 2. Disconnect your mouse from the port on the back of your computer and replace it with the other end of the cable.
