Understanding media output options The printer comes with two output bins. The top output bin is used when the rear output bin is closed. The rear output bin is used when the rear output bin is open. 1 2 NOTE 1 Top output bin (face down) 2 Rear output bin (face up) When tray 1 and the rear output bin are used together, they provide a straight-through paper path for your print job.
