Chapter 4 - Control Code Definitions Cancel Line Discards all of the characters currently in the print buffer. Sets the current print position to left margin. Text already printed cannot be canceled. Format Decimal Hex 24 18 ASCII CAN Carriage Return Repositions the printhead at the start of the print line (usually at the left margin), and repositions the pointer to the start of the print buffer, after printing all data in the buffer. Also, all of the "one line" functions are reset, such as bold, double-strike, double-wide, or unidirectional printing. Cancel Line

Carriage Return
