Chapter 4 - Control Code Definitions Form Feed Prints the contents of the print buffer, clears the print buffer, and advances the paper to the top of the next page (Top of Form), according to the current page length setting. The carriage position is moved to the start of the line. Format Decimal Hex 12 0C ASCII FF Select Half-Speed Printing Turns on half-speed mode to provide quiet printing, and more accurate print positioning during text mode printing. Format Decimal 27 115 1* Hex 1B 73 01* ASCII ESC "s" 1* Cancel Half-Speed Printing Turns off half-speed mode (factory default), and continues with normal speed printing. Format Decimal 27 115 0* Hex 1B 73 00* ASCII ESC "s" 0* Set Inactivity Time for Sleep Mode Sets the amount of time the printer waits before it goes into low-power mode.
