2.14.2
Job log data
The job log data is read in an XML format file. The file allows various types of information to be determined,
including the time/date information of log collection, information on user operations, job types, and job re-
sults.
The job log data represents chronological records of both "Log relating to jobs" and "Log relating to opera-
tions."
A network communication failure may be analyzed in detail by referring to the operation code, IF code, result
code, and so on.
Check the series of jobs while linking with the box number and the document name. Refer to the table on
page 2-36 for more information.
See the tag name [JobResInf/Res] or [OperationInf/Res] for "OK/NG" of the job result and operation result.
The event occurrence time corresponds to the tag, JobInf.FinTim and OperationInf.Tim.
The activation target and the operation of the event to be audited correspond respectively to the tags,
OpeInf.IF and OperationInf.Code. Refer (JobInf-Typ-JobCompletion) for the Job.
The ID corresponds to the tag, OpeInf.Nam.
The result corresponds to the tag, JobResInf.Res, or OperationInf.Res.
Each job type corresponds to the same tag as that of the event to be audited.
Reason for failure corresponds to the tags, OperationInf.Res and OperatContInf.TrgPeerInf.PeerIP.
Since the process result is the result of the processing inside the MFP, the job result and the process result
may be different.
