USB Mouse Support This parameter enables or disables the use of a USB keyboard outside of Windows. The default is Disabled. It is not configurable if Onboard USB is set to Disabled. IDE Drives Setup IDE Prefetch Mode The default setting is Enabled. IDE prefetch mode can improve performance of your system for fast drive accesses. If install a primary and/or secondary add-in IDE interface, set this field to Disabled if the interface does not support prefetch. Audio Setup Onboard Sound This parameter enables or disables the onboard audio controller chipset. This item does not appear in the menu if there is no physical audio chipset on the system board. The default setting is Enabled. Onboard Legacy Audio This parameter enables or disables the onboard audio controller chipset to function in DOS environment. The default is Enabled. IMPORTANT: When onboard legacy audio is set to Enabled, the below six parameters can be configurabled as I/O base address and IRQ assignment and so on. Sound Blaster The default is Disabled. USB Mouse Support
This parameter enables or disables the use of a USB
keyboard outside of Windows. The default is
Disabled.
It is not configurable if Onboard USB is set
to Disabled.
IDE Drives Setup
IDE Prefetch Mode
The default setting is Enabled.
IDE prefetch mode
can improve performance of your system for fast
drive accesses.
If install a primary and/or secondary
add-in IDE interface, set this field to Disabled if the
interface does not support prefetch.
Audio Setup
Onboard Sound
This
parameter enables or disables the onboard
audio controller chipset. This item does not appear in
the menu if there is no physical audio chipset on the
system board.
