Video Off Method This determines the manner in which the monitor is blanked. The default is set to V/H SYNC+Blank. When V/H SYNC+Blank is chosen, this selection will cause the system to turn off the vertical and horizontal synchronization ports and write blanks to the video buffer. The parameter is set to DPMS Support, it will initial display power management signaling. When set to Blank Screen, this option only writes blanks to the video buffer. Activity Monitor VGA The default is OFF. When set to On, you can set the LAN to awaken the system. LPT & COM When LPT/COM is selected, any activity from one of the listed system peripheral devices or IRQs wakes up the system. LPT/COM is selected as the default. HDD & FDD When the HDD & FDD is set to On, any activity from one of the listed system peripheral devices wakes up the system. The default is On. PCI Master When PCI Master is set to On, any activity from one of the list system peripheral devices wakes up the system. The default is Off. Primary INTR This item is used to enable or disable the detection of IRQ3-15 or NMI interrupt events for power down state transition. Normally, this is applied to the network card. The default is On. IMPORTANT: The following are used to enable or disable the IRQ resources which assign each system interrupt a type, depending on the type of device using the interrupt.
