4036-501 DADF #4 Gear Removal 1. Remove the DADF top cover. See "DADF Top Cover Removal" on page 4-18 for more information. 2. Open the DADF upper paper guide. See "DADF Upper Paper Guide Removal" on page 4-45 for more information. 3. Remove the screw from the plate to the DADF assembly. 4. Remove the plate. 5. Remove the KL clip from the roller in the upper front side of the DADF assembly. 6. Slide the upper roller toward the front. 7. Remove the roller along with the bearing. Note: Pass through an opening on the rear side of the DADF assembly between the bearing and the gear. 4-46 Service Manual

DADF #4 Gear Removal
1.
Remove the DADF top cover. See
“DADF Top Cover Removal” on page 4-18
for
more information.
2.
Open the DADF upper paper guide. See
“DADF Upper Paper Guide Removal” on
page 4-45
for more information.
3.
Remove the screw from the plate to the DADF assembly.
4.
Remove the plate.
5.
Remove the KL clip from the roller in the upper front side of the DADF assembly.
6.
Slide the upper roller toward the front.
7.
Remove the roller along with the bearing.
Note:
Pass through an opening on the rear side of the DADF assembly between the
bearing and the gear.
