4036-501 DADF Roller Engagement Shaft Assembly Removal 1. Remove the DADF top cover. See "DADF Top Cover Removal" on page 4-18 for more information. 2. Remove the DADF front cover. See "DADF Front Cover, Handle, and Magnet Removal" on page 4-11 for more information. 3. Unhook the tension spring from the roller engagement shaft assembly. 4. Remove the KL clip from the front side of the shaft assembly to the bearing. 5. Remove the KL clip from the rear side of the shaft assembly to the bearing. 6. DADF Roller Engagement Shaft Assembly Removal
1.
Remove the DADF top cover. See
“DADF Top Cover Removal” on page 4-18
for
more information.
2.
Remove the DADF front cover. See
“DADF Front Cover, Handle, and Magnet
Removal” on page 4-11
for more information.
3.
Unhook the tension spring from the roller engagement shaft assembly.
4.
Remove the KL clip from the front side of the shaft assembly to the bearing.
5.
Remove the KL clip from the rear side of the shaft assembly to the bearing.
6.
Slide the bearings on both sides of the shaft assembly toward the inside to release.
7.
Remove the shaft assembly.
