REMOTE ANTENNA EXTENSION KIT Installation Instructions This kit contains an antenna, coaxial cable, adapter, and an antenna bracket. After replacing your receiver panel, follow the instructions below to access the antenna connector and install the remote antenna. Installation There is a 5/8" opening in the receiver panel underneath the warning label next to the antenna. Cut a hole through the label at this point to access the coaxial antenna connector, as shown in Figure 1. Screw the threaded end of the adapter into one end of the coaxial cable (Figure 2). Then plug the adapter into the connector on the logic board. Run the cable along the ceiling to the header. For maximum range, drill through the header and push the cable through. Mount the antenna bracket on the wall outside under the eave. It may be mounted vertically or horizontally, leaving enough clearance for the antenna. Screw the coaxial cable into one of the terminals on the bracket, and the antenna into the other. TO PROGRAM RECEIVER CODE FOR EACH REMOTE CONTROL 1. Press and HOLD remote control transmitter push button. 2. Press receiver code button. The opener light will flash once. 3. Release transmnitter button. Opener has learned code. TO ERASE ALL RECEIVER CODES 1. Press and HOLD receiver code button. Green indicator light alongside will turn ON. 2. When light turns OFF (about 6 seconds) ALL codes are erased from opener memory. 1 2 3 9 1 9 1 7 3 5 7 3 5 KG KG WARNING: To reduce the risk of severe injury or death by entrapment, when adjusting either the force or limits of travel controls ensure that the door reverses on a 1 inch object (or a 2 x 4 board laid flat). See instructions for proper adjustment procedure. This kit contains an antenna, coaxial cable,

After replacing your receiver panel,
follow the
instructions below to access the antenna
connector and install the remote antenna.
Installation
There is a 5/8" opening in the receiver panel
underneath the warning label next to the antenna.
Cut a hole through the label at this point to access
the coaxial antenna connector, as shown in Figure 1.
Screw the threaded end of the adapter into one end
of the coaxial cable (Figure 2). Then plug the adapter
into the connector on the logic board.
Run the cable along the ceiling to the header. For
maximum range, drill through the header and push
the cable through.
Mount the antenna bracket on the wall outside under
the eave. It may be mounted vertically or horizontally,
leaving enough clearance for the antenna.
Screw the coaxial cable into one of the terminals on
the bracket, and the antenna into the other.
