Downloading images to your computer You can also download the pictures you have taken and saved on a card to other devices such as your personal computer. The sections below describe how to download the pictures and movies you have shot using the camera and saved onto cards onto a personal computer. Connecting the camera to a computer to download pictures (P.196) You can use communication functions to download image data directly from a memory card installed in the camera to a computer connected to the camera via the camera's USB connector. To use this method, the preparations described below are required. Note that the method you can use differs depending on your computer system hardware and software.
